BCV TWINT

BCV TWINT is a mobile payment app designed specifically for BCV customers. With your BCV TWINT digital wallet, you can easily make secure payments at stores, restaurants, online retailers, and vending machines that display the TWINT logo.

To make purchases in stores, you can either hold your smartphone next to the TWINT terminal (Beacon) and press “Pay now" on your BCV TWINT app, or scan the QR code at the shopkeeper's terminal. For online purchases, you simply scan a QR code or use a five-digit code to confirm your purchase.

You can also use BCV TWINT to transfer money to friends and family. Once they have downloaded the app, all you’ll need is their mobile phone number to send and receive money directly with your smartphone.

Link your digital wallet to your BCV account to track your spending for free and in real time. You can even set payment limits to better manage your budget. With our simple, secure, and practical system, you’ll no longer have to enter your credit card information every time you make a payment online.

And you can save your customer loyalty cards in BCV TWINT. Your payments will be immediately credited to your customer loyalty account, and the app will automatically apply any store discounts and special deals. Plus, BCV TWINT offers its own digital coupons for you to enjoy.

The BCV TWINT app is free of charge. It meets Switzerland’s stringent banking security standards, and your transactions are always code- or fingerprint-protected. You can use the app throughout Switzerland to make payments in Swiss francs of up to CHF 4,000 per day/month for P2P payments and up to CHF 5,000 per day/month for in-store and online purchases.

If your smartphone is lost or stolen, you can block your account; you won’t lose your money because it isn’t stored directly on your phone.
